Order and Pricing:
All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per government regulations.
Pricing errors or discrepancies will be rectified, and DreamDesign and Materials reserves the right to cancel any order affected by such issues. Open delivery is available for transparency and product inspection.
Shipping and Delivery:
Products will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and chosen shipping method. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, are beyond our control.
Cancellations and Returns:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of order placement without any charges. After 12 hours, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and will incur applicable return charges.
Returns and replacement:
Products can be returned within 5 working days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Refunds will not be processed for damaged or used products. After 5 working days, return requests will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method upon acceptance of the return.
Payment Terms:
1. 10% Advance Payment or Full Payment through our secure payment gateway.
2. Remaining amount as Cash on Delivery (COD).
Invoices will be sent exclusively online to the registered email ID.
Damages and Claims:
We provide open delivery to ensure transparency and allow customers to inspect their products upon delivery.
Once the product is inspected and accepted at the time of delivery, DreamDesign and Materials is not responsible for any subsequent damages. We do not accept any claims or legal actions for damages after delivery and acceptance.
